We’re living in an age of speed and rapid acceleration. A rhythm of rush can be found all around us: fast food, fast fashion, fast internet, fast delivery. Our schedules are hectic, busy, and packed full of personal and professional responsibilities that swallow us up and then spit us out on the other side, feeling empty, overwhelmed, exhausted, and often lost, at the sense that there’s no way out.
